Hello, everyone! A few things:

1. Our poll is closed! Round breaks will be three days from now on. Thanks to everyone who voted!
1a. We are going to be setting up an AO3 collection. This will be totally optional -- archivers are not going to be collecting fics and adding them to the collection. If you would like your fic added to the collection, you can post it on AO3 and add it to the collection. You can do this anonymously.

Because I am not incredibly familiar with setting up or managing AO3 collections, I'd like a
volunteer to help set it up.

2. Speaking of volunteers, I am also looking for a co-mod. Up until this point, the meme has not been active enough to require more than one moderator, but I definitely need some help now. Please PM me if you are interested in co-modding.

3. The current rule states that threads that are getting wanky will be frozen. I've decided to add to this rule: they will be frozen and then deleted 24 hours later. I don't want to take up comments that could be used for prompts, so they will be deleted, but there will be a delay.

4. The norsekink mods have PM'd me and asked me to please amend avengerkink's rules because various anonymous users have been cross-posting prompts from norsekink to avengerkink. avengerkink's rules state that cross-posting is fine, and it is, but please cross-post your own prompts -- or comment to let the OP know that you have cross-posted theirs. If someone who is not the OP cross-posts a prompt to another kink meme, the OP may receive a fill that they don't get to read because they don't know the prompt has been cross-posted.

5. Please use subject lines properly and alphabetize pairings!

I try to go through every page and read each comment in round posts, but I have notifications on the mod post and I will see those messages much more quickly than "Mod, please delete!" comments in the round posts.

Our former archiver, antismiles, has had to step down due to an incredibly busy school schedule. I am looking for 1-3 new archivers. The Delicious account is already set up; new archivers would simply need to pick up where antismiles left off.

Hi, everyone! First, a big thanks to you all – this meme is wonderfully active and the prompts/fills here are amazing. Second, Round One is close to wrapping up, so I've been casting around for a Delicious archiver – and now we have one! antismiles will be archiving for us. The Delicious is [here], and it is linked in the sidebar as well.

Remember, we'll be having a 48-hour break between the close of Round One and the start of Round Two, and starting with Round Two, rounds will be closing at 5000 comments.
